MEC establishes a strong linkage to the community on Income Generating Opportunities, food security and environmental protection. Clean water from the institution’s bore hole is shared with the community and a program is also in place to educate the community on effective protection and management of natural resources and conservation.
Scholarships for the Needy
We provide partial and full scholarships to special groups identified based on economic need and vulnerability. As a policy, have reserved 5% of the total enrolment to these groups. Plans are underway to establish an Endowment Fund or Trust fund to cater for a larger population of the needy pupils.
